Great corals and great service!!

Great corals great service!

Received my corals from TIA. Everything was packed good, corals arrived healthy. Overall great deal. Looking for quality coral check them out. I even made a review video of my coral. 82Reefs on IG
Thanks TIA

Finally I figured out how to post a Google review! It's hard to know where to start here. I'm an online customer, so that's my point of reference. I've had nothing but excellent TIA experiences--the stock on hand is perfect--good size, healthy, unique. The packing and shipping process has been perfect as well.

My only hiccup is that shipping costs are a tad pricey, BUT it's something I've learned to budget for and is worth it when I see my latest order arrive in excellent condition. You get what you pay for. I've experienced lower shipping costs elsewhere--but the shipping was pretty bad overall and coral condition suffered. That experience is enough for me to eliminate that business from my list of resources.

Not only do I receive excellent coral selections in top condition, but I'll get a "freebie" coral added to my order, that often becomes a favorite item (and it takes a little of the sting out of the shipping cost)! They're just as healthy and happy as the corals I ordered!

I've had great support from the staff. They're helpful, knowledgeable, pay attention to what I send them, and are pleasant and enjoyable to communicate with.

One more thing to add--I'm usually in a rush when I order corals--I know what I want, find it, order it. Lately, I actually took time to read through some of the website tabs--For Collectors, About Us, and Blog. The Blog information is really well done, as is the entire website for that matter. What else can I say? If you shop online for corals, you can't go wrong with TIA. I look forward to continuing my reef tank hobby with the help of TIA. I'd shop more often if I had a bigger tank! Thanks so much!

Awesome everything looks great

A++ Seller! Selection is NEXT level every week! Every piece comes super healthy! Shipping/packing comes as good as if not better than the competition! Buy with confidence!

Received all corals in good shape and all had polyp extention the next day. Corals are healthy and a week and a half later all are still alive and doing great.
