Shipping
Where we ship
TIA Corals ships only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
Shipping rates
- Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT): $25 flat
- All other continental states: $50 flat
- Free shipping on Shopify orders over $299. ReefnBid auction wins are excluded from the free-shipping threshold and use the flat $25 / $50 combined-shipping rate.
Carrier & method
All live coral ships via FedEx Priority Overnight in insulated packaging with seasonal heat or cold packs. We do not use UPS for live coral.
Shipping schedule
We ship Tuesday and Wednesday for next-day arrival (Wednesday–Thursday). We do not ship Thursday or Friday so that no package is in transit over the weekend. In most cases, FedEx Priority Overnight packages are delivered before noon the day after they ship.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, mechanical or weather-related carrier delays, or missed deliveries.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available at our facility in Deer Park, NY. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout — we’ll email you when the order is ready.
Holding orders
We hold paid orders for up to one week from purchase, free of charge, if you request a delayed ship date. Beyond one week, please contact us to make arrangements; otherwise our live arrival guarantee no longer applies.
Live arrival guarantee & DOA claims
All corals are guaranteed alive on arrival. If a coral arrives dead or dies within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, you can file a claim — see our DOA Claim page for the form, photo requirements, and details.
Returns
All live coral sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
