I understand there are ABSOLUTELY NO cash refunds and shipping is non-refundable. I understand claims are only covered if the coral arrived dead or died within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. I understand replacement is limited to one time only. If a replacement isn’t available, store credit will be issued automatically. DOA is defined as complete tissue loss with no visible living tissue upon arrival or within three days; detached frags that are still alive do not qualify.

We review claims within 2 business days and follow up by email. You do not need to send a separate email unless we ask for more information.
