What is your DOA policy?
Corals are guaranteed alive on arrival only.
Clear photo or video proof is required within 2 hours of delivery and must be emailed to tiacollectioncorals@gmail.com.
Bags/containers MUST remain sealed in photos/videos to verify arrival condition.
We DO NOT cover DOA caused by carrier delays, misdelivery, missed delivery, or courier handling issues.
We DO NOT cover DOA related to weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, storms, or temperature fluctuations during transit.
Once the shipment is tendered to the carrier, transit risk due to weather or carrier performance is assumed by the buyer.
If delivery is missed, delayed, or rerouted by the carrier, the DOA guarantee is void.
Corals dislodged from plugs during shipping is normal and not considered DOA.
Place corals into your system as soon as possible for best survival.

How much is shipping?
Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT): $25 flat rate · All other states (excluding AK, HI, and offshore territories): $49 · Free shipping on orders over $299.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental U.S. only (no shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore territories).
How do you ship corals?
Via FedEx Priority Overnight in insulated packaging with seasonal heat/cold packs. We’ve been shipping successfully for 15+ years.
What days do you ship?
We ship Monday–Wednesday for next-day arrival Tuesday–Thursday.
What if my shipment is delayed?
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Coral Care Best Practices
- Acclimate slowly (drip method) and match temperature/salinity.
- Dip all new corals to remove pests before introduction.
- Quarantine when possible to protect your display tank.
- Start new pieces in lower light; ramp PAR over several days.
- Maintain stable Alk, Ca, Mg, NO₃, PO₄ within reef-safe ranges.
- Ensure adequate flow based on coral type (SPS/LPS/soft).
