Refund policy

  • All sales (in-store & online) are final. We are not responsible for any items, including livestock, once it leaves the store. 
  • For Online shopper, we guarantee all corals to arrive alive. Please email clear photos within 2 hour of delivery. If no one is present for the first delivery attempt, the DOA guarantee is void.
  • For in-store shoppers, we do not provide any guarantee for any items after they have left our store.
  • We guarantee that your purchase will be alive upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages delayed due to shipping carrier.
