Shipping destinations

We ship to every continental U.S. state and Alaska. Outside the continental United States, Alaska is the only eligible destination. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Service and schedule

FedEx Priority Overnight is our standard service. We ship Tuesday and Wednesday year-round for next-day arrival Wednesday or Thursday. Saturday delivery is not available.

Shipping rates

Shipping is $29.99 for NY, NJ, and CT and $49.99 for other eligible destinations, including Alaska. Shopify retail orders over $299 ship free. ReefnBid auction wins do not qualify for or count toward that threshold.

Addresses and alternate carriers

Please provide a FedEx-deliverable street address. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes or UPS Store mailboxes. An alternate carrier may be available by request with a $29 surcharge and requires confirmation before shipping.

Delivery and live arrival

Someone must be present for the first delivery attempt. Carrier-caused delay is covered by default. If TIA documented a specific delay risk before shipment, asked the customer to reschedule, and the customer declined and chose the warned ship date, loss caused by that warned risk is not covered. A human confirms whether the exception applies. A missed first delivery attempt voids eligibility. If a coral arrives dead or dies within 3 days (72 hours), submit the required claim form at https://www.tiacoral.com/pages/doa-claim for human review. Shipping fees are non-refundable under the standard policy.
