Frequently Asked Questions
What is your DOA policy?
If a coral arrives dead or dies within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, it may be eligible for our DOA review.
Submit the required claim online through the DOA Claim Page. Email alone does not open a claim.
Bags/containers MUST remain sealed in photos/videos to verify arrival condition.
A carrier-caused delay does not void DOA eligibility by default. If TIA documented a specific delay risk before shipment, asked you to reschedule, and you declined and chose the warned ship date, loss caused by that warned risk is not covered. A human confirms whether this exception applies.
If the customer misses the first delivery attempt, DOA eligibility is void.
Every claim is reviewed by a human before store credit or a replacement is decided.
Corals dislodged from plugs during shipping is normal and not considered DOA.
Place corals into your system as soon as possible for best survival.
