Colección: Hammer Corals

Hammer corals are Euphyllia with tentacle tips shaped like a hammer or anchor, and frammers mix the hammer and frogspawn tip shapes. Every hammer and frammer TIA Collection Corals sells is the branching form. We keep them in our Deer Park, Long Island, New York store systems, from rainbow and gold hammers to collector pieces such as Willy Wonka and 24K Gold.

Hammer coral questions

Are your hammer corals branching or wall?

Branching. Every hammer and frammer we sell is the branching form; we do not sell wall hammers.

Do hammer corals sting other corals?

Yes. Long tentacles sway with indirect flow and may extend sweepers at night. Allow generous spacing; sweeper tentacles can sting neighboring corals.

When do you ship?

We ship Tuesday and Wednesday, year-round, for next-day arrival: a Tuesday shipment arrives Wednesday and a Wednesday shipment arrives Thursday.

What if a coral does not arrive alive?

Every shipment carries our live-arrival guarantee for 72 hours from actual delivery, including carrier delays, with two narrow exceptions explained in our Help Center. Start a claim with a clear photo or video on our DOA claim page.
