We offer a DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee for live coral shipments when the package is received on time. Please send clear photos or video within 2 hours of delivery so we can help immediately.

When do you ship live corals?

We schedule shipments based on the safest transit window to reduce delay risk and protect livestock. In colder seasons or during carrier backlogs, we may avoid higher-risk ship days and confirm the lowest-risk ship date before sending.

How do you pack corals for winter or cold weather?

We use insulated packaging and heat packs when needed to protect live corals during cold weather shipping. Packaging is designed for safe live arrival.

Can I hold items and ship multiple corals together?

Yes. Many customers add more items to the same box to optimize shipping. If you plan to combine orders, place additional items and choose the appropriate shipping/pickup option at checkout, and we will consolidate when possible.

Do you offer local pickup?
