A Word of the Coral
TIA Stellar Flare Acropora is one of those corals that immediately demands attention. The brightness is intense, almost star-like under reef lighting, giving the colony a powerful glowing presence in the aquarium. This piece is also an exceptionally strong grower. Over time it has aggressively encrusted across a large section of rock in our system, showing both rapid growth and remarkable stability.

Care Requirements

Lighting
Moderate to High PAR (250–400). Strong blue-spectrum reef lighting enhances the coral’s vibrant glow.

Water Flow
Moderate to Strong, turbulent flow. Consistent randomized flow supports healthy tissue growth and strong polyp extension.

Placement
Best placed in the upper half of a mature reef aquarium where stable parameters and strong lighting support SPS growth.
