A Word of the Coral
TIA Ice Breaker Acropora showcases a refreshing combination of sky blue and mint blue tones. The coloration is clean, natural, and visually striking without any exaggeration — simply a beautiful blue coral that stands out for its clarity and balance.
Under reef lighting the soft blue palette becomes especially calming and elegant, giving the coral a crisp “ice-like” presence in the aquarium. It is a perfect example of how subtle coloration can still create a truly memorable SPS display piece.
Care Requirements
Lighting
Moderate to High PAR (250–400). Strong blue-spectrum reef lighting helps maintain the coral’s crisp blue coloration.
Water Flow
Moderate to Strong, turbulent flow. Randomized circulation supports healthy tissue and strong polyp extension typical of Acropora.
Placement
Best placed in the upper half of a mature reef aquarium where stable parameters and strong lighting support SPS growth.
