How much is shipping?

Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT): $25 flat rate. All other states (excluding AK, HI, and offshore territories): $49. Free shipping on orders over $299.

What days do you ship?

We ship Monday through Wednesday for next-day arrival Tuesday through Thursday.

What is your DOA policy?

Corals are guaranteed alive on arrival only. Clear photo or video proof is required within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery and must be emailed to tiacollectioncorals@gmail.com. Bags/containers MUST remain sealed in photos/videos to verify arrival condition. We DO NOT cover DOA caused by carrier delays, misdelivery, missed delivery, courier handling issues, or weather conditions. Once the shipment is tendered to the carrier, transit risk due to weather or carrier performance is assumed by the buyer. If delivery is missed, delayed, or rerouted by the carrier, the DOA guarantee is void. Corals dislodged from plugs during shipping is normal and not considered DOA. Place corals into your system as soon as possible for best survival. All live coral sales are FINAL.

How should I acclimate coral after delivery?

Open the box promptly, inspect coral health, and float sealed bags to match temperature before introducing livestock. Use clean reef water for placement, avoid sudden salinity or temperature swings, and keep moderate flow and stable lighting during initial recovery.

What water parameters are recommended for long-term coral stability?

Maintain stable salinity, temperature, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and nutrient levels with minimal daily swings. Test consistently, avoid abrupt corrections, and match placement and flow to coral type (SPS, LPS, or soft coral) for best color and growth.

How much spacing should this LPS coral have from nearby corals?

LPS corals should have clear spacing from neighboring colonies because sweeper tentacles and tissue expansion can cause stinging at night. Place with buffer room, monitor extension after lights out, and increase distance if contact is observed.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

All live coral sales are FINAL. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Replacement shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders affected by carrier delay, weather conditions, or Acts of God are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
