  • We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. 
  • For some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. 
  • If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. 
  • If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.


WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL US ONLY. We DO NOT SHIP TO STAES OF ALASKA, HAWAII AND ALL OTHER OFFSHORE INSULAR AREAS. 

  • We ship with FedEx using Priority Overnight Express.
  • We are handling, packing our corals in the most professional way, which we have been practice for 14 years. 
  • Free warm / cold packs are included if there is a need. 

  • We ship with a delivery day of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 
  • Saturday delivery is NOT available. 

  • Shipping delays that result in live stocks lost will not be covered under the TIA Collection Corals Guarantee.
  •  We do not credit or refund any shipping cost.
