- **Other eligible states:** $49 flat rate
- **Exclusions:** Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore territories are not eligible for shipping
- **DOA guarantee:** Live arrival guaranteed on coral shipments; claims require unopened-bag photo or video proof within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery and are reviewed for replacement coral or store credit under the live arrival policy
