### Live Arrival Guarantee
TIA offers a DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee. If a coral arrives deceased, customers must photograph the coral in the unopened bag within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery and contact TIA for review under the live arrival policy. Approved claims are handled by replacement coral or store credit.
